On 28 December 2025, Ms. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1 (ROAE1), together with ROAE1 officials, welcomed Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Acting Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, and Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, on the occasion of their official inspection visit.
During the visit, guidance on operational practices was provided, and views were exchanged with staff to enhance the efficiency of driving agricultural economic operations at the regional level.
On this occasion, ROAE1 presented key information, including:
- The ROAE1 operational plan for Fiscal Year 2026
- Northern Region Agricultural Economic Outlook Report: an overview of the 2025 situation and projections for 2026
- Key Economic Crops: a report on the status and trends of the top six key economic crops, as well as the preparation of Market Intelligence Reports (Mr.) for 17 major agricultural products within the area of responsibility.
