On August 20, 2026, Ms. Sucharee Phicha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1 (OAE1), Chiang Mai, assigned Mr. Phanuwat Srikhum, Professional Statistical Technical Officer, along with OAE1 staff, to attend the opening ceremony of the PGS Organic Agriculture Learning Center at the Organic Agriculture Learning Center of the Safe Agriculture Community Enterprise Group, Ban Huai Mo, Village No. 5, Ban Tun Subdistrict, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Somchai Wongchariyakasem, District Chief of Mueang Phayao.
The event was organized with the objective of promoting and driving the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) for organic agriculture certification at the community level.
