On 6 February 2026 at 1:30 p.m., Ms. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division to participate in the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting of Lamphun Province, Meeting No. 1/2026. The meeting was held at the Meeting Room of the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, 1st Floor, Lamphun Provincial Hall.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Kansita Rattanasupha, Lamphun Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer. On this occasion, the agricultural economic situation of Lamphun Province in 2025 and the outlook for 2026 were presented to the meeting for acknowledgement, so that relevant agencies could utilize the information for their operations.
In addition, the meeting jointly considered the following matters:
1. Selection of study visit sites in accordance with the inspection plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr. Phornthep Sritanathorn), Inspection Area No. 15, to monitor the implementation of key policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for Fiscal Year 2026; and
2. Guidelines for monitoring and inspection of hotspot areas occurring within Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO) areas in Lamphun Province for the year 2026.
