On 14 December 2025, Ms. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 1, assigned the staff from the Agricultural Information Section to participate in the on-site monitoring of the ministerial inspection in Chiang Mai Province by Mr. Naret Thamrongthipyakun, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The inspection was part of the Mae Fhaek-Mae Ngat Somboon Chon water diversion and maintenance project.
During the event, there was a meeting with the group of farmers who use irrigation water, the release of aquatic species, and the opening of a skywalk at the observation platform designed to study hydrological data related to the water storage enhancement project at the Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Dam.
