On 19 November 2025 at 1:30 p.m., Ms. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, assigned officers from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to attend the 2/2025 meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee, held at the meeting room of the Phayao Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Kattaliya Singhasiri, Phayao Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer.
During the meeting, the results of a study on approaches to upgrading farmers to become Agricultural Service Providers (ASP) were presented for acknowledgement, enabling relevant agencies to utilize the findings. The meeting also jointly considered the following information:
1. Screening of the monthly provincial agricultural production calendar for Phayao Province for the 2025 Food Security and Nutrition Management Plan.
2. Selection of target areas for high-value agricultural products and services under the “One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product” initiative for Fiscal Year 2026.
