On June 24, 2025, Ms. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, assigned Ms. Wipawan Srichamnong, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, to serve as a speaker on the topic “The Agricultural Economic Situation of Chiang Mai Province and Adaptation Strategies for the Agricultural Sector.” The session aimed to enhance knowledge and capacity in agriculture and agricultural occupations among farmer representatives in land reform areas, ensuring alignment with local contexts.
This session was part of the training course on enhancing skills and operational efficiency of farmer representatives in the Provincial Land Reform Committee (PLRC) and Land Reform Volunteers for Agriculture, under the **Farmer Representative Development Project, Activity: Development of Farmer Representatives in Land Reform Areas for Fiscal Year 2025**. The training was organized by the Chiang Mai Provincial Land Reform Office and held at the meeting room of the Chiang Mai Provincial Land Reform Office, Suthep Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province.
