On July 18, 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, assigned Acting Sub-Lieutenant Penasuk Penbarimas, Administrative Officer, to participate in a fish releasing ceremony held in honor of the birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua. The event was organized by the Department of Fisheries, with Mr. Siripong Nampha, District Chief of Samoeng, presiding over the ceremony. Also in attendance were heads of government agencies, civil servants from various departments, members of local administrative organizations, the general public, and other participants.
The ceremony took place at Huai Tong Reservoir, Village No. 6, Samoeng Nuea Subdistrict, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province.
