On 14 November 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1 (ROAE 1), assigned OAE ROAE 1 staff to participate in the fresh flower offering ceremony on the occasion of Father of Royal Rainmaking Day 2025. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chatchawan Panya, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province, at Ratchaphruek Hall, Exhibition Building 1, Royal Park Rajapruek, Mae Hia Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province.
