On November 12, 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, together with her staff, attended the 2025 Annual General Meeting at the meeting room of the Onion Growers Cooperative of Thailand Ltd., Moo 7, Nong Hoi Subdistrict, Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province. The meeting aimed to discuss approaches for compiling data on onion production volume for 2026, as well as preparing a list of onion growers and registering farmers. Officials from various government agencies, including the Chiang Mai Provincial Cooperative Office and the Chiang Mai Provincial Agricultural Office, also participated in the meeting.
