On June 23, 2025, the delegation visited local farmers from the Huai Manaw Reservoir Water Users Group, a Royal Initiative Project located in Don Pao Subdistrict, Mae Wang District, and the Pong Chor Reservoir in Santi Suk Subdistrict, Doi Lo District, Chiang Mai Province. The visit aimed to monitor the progress of water resource development and water management efforts, which are intended to enhance production capacity and increase farmers’ incomes.
On June 24, 2025, the team visited the Chiang Mai–Lamphun Layer Chicken Farmers’ Cooperative in Nam Phrae Subdistrict, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province, to follow up on efforts to reduce animal feed production costs. This cooperative operates under the government’s policy “Market-led, Innovation-enhanced, Income-increased,” and is engaged in various businesses including the collection and distribution of eggs, the supply of agricultural products, egg processing into health-oriented products, and the production of animal feed. These activities help reduce production costs for cooperative members.
As a result, the cooperative has become a model for cooperative business operations and cost reduction in production, providing a potential framework for future replication.
