The Office of Agricultural Economics 1 (OAE 1) organized a focus group discussion on the “Socioeconomic Survey of Agricultural Households and Labor under the Watershed Conservation and Community Quality of Life Development Project at Ban Mae Puka Watergate and Irrigation System, Mae Puka Subdistrict, San Kamphaeng District, Chiang Mai Province.”

On September 11, 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of OAE 1, assigned Mrs. Kulthida Sriviphat, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, together with officers from the Research and Evaluation Division, to conduct the focus group discussion. The objective was to gather opinions and suggestions from stakeholders regarding the study results, as well as to identify agricultural development needs, so that the information can be effectively utilized in the project area.

The meeting, chaired by Mrs. Kulthida Sriviphat, was held at Mae Puka Subdistrict Municipality, San Kamphaeng District, Chiang Mai Province. Relevant government agencies—including those under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment—as well as community leaders from four villages and local farmers, participated in sharing their views and recommendations on the study findings.
