Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1 (OAE 1) organized a Focus Group Meeting on the Survey of Agricultural Household Socio-Economic Conditions under the Environmental Impact Prevention, Mitigation, and Monitoring Action Plan of the Mae Ta Chang Reservoir Project, Pa Daet Subdistrict, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province, at the Coordination Center of the Pa Daet Subdistrict Headmen and Village Leaders’ Association, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province.

On 8 September 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of OAE Region 1, assigned Mrs. Kulthida Sriviphat, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, together with officers from the Research and Evaluation Division, to organize the focus group meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to gather opinions and recommendations from stakeholders on the study results, as well as to identify agricultural development needs, so that the information could be applied effectively in the local context.

The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Kulthida Sriviphat, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, and held at the meeting room of the Coordination Center of the Pa Daet Subdistrict Headmen and Village Leaders’ Association, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province.

Relevant government agencies, including those under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, along with community leaders from 31 villages and farmers in the project area, participated in the discussion and provided recommendations on the study results.
