On Friday, August 29, 2025, Mrs. Sucharee Picha, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1, assigned officers from the Agricultural Information Division to attend the opening ceremony of the Accelerated Spaying and Neutering Program for Dogs and Cats in Phayao Province for the Fiscal Year 2025. The event took place at the Chiang Muan Subdistrict Municipality Hall, Chiang Muan District, Phayao Province.
The event was presided over by Dr. Somchuan Ratanamangkhalanon, Director-General of the Department of Livestock Development, who delivered the opening speech.
On this occasion, the Director-General also presented farm certification certificates for red meat accelerator-free farms to five recipients and distributed agricultural production inputs such as bio-fermented water, dolomite, sunn hemp seeds, and compost fertilizer. Furthermore, he presented 100 agricultural land title deeds to 10 representatives. He also visited the spaying and neutering activities for dogs and cats, as well as the rabies vaccination services.
